,I just finished 3 long days of work.

I know that must have been tiring.  I stopped by the sidewalk sale in Mesa.  They were busy but not as crazy as pre-covid.  I was there on day 2 so they could have been busier day 1.

We got home from our road trip on the 8th and have been busy ever since we got home with dr appts, watching kids and dogs and whatever else came along.  I finally got in my sewing room Saturday.  I made binding for 2 small quilts and one larger one.  Sewed the binding to one side of the 2 small ones.  Hope to get back in there today.  The rest of the week is pretty scheduled.

Wow!  You have been crazy busy too.  Hope when all is done that the guild made some money for their next projects.  Those who don't quilt have no idea what goes in to them in $$$ and time.

How many lambs have you had and how many more are to come.  What are your plans for the lambs?

Still waiting for a couple of registrations that I know were requested.  When they are here, Carolyn will post the list.

Anxious to see if I made the list :)

Don't let this secret out, but I *think* plans for one or more of the lambs may involve mint jelly.  Heh.

I have lost count. Had two yesterday, think the total babies right now are 21. 7 or 8 left to lamb this go around. Plan is to sell some, not sure what hubby's grand plan is, he is running out of room. But that is his problem-LOL!!!

I really think his plan is to get so many sheep he will have to buy a bigger place and spring it on me, hey we are moving!! But he has alot invested in buildings and fencing, so maybe that is not in the back of his evil brain, who knows!!  I don't really want to move, cause, you know, all the stuff in my building!!

Jonna, I made your Texas Goulash for dinner tonight and it was delicious!  It will go into my regular "go to" meals it was so good.  My great Granddaughter, Kingsley, gobbled it right up too.

BTW - I used all 3 TB of the chili powder.  I used McCormick's regular chili powder (not McCormick's dark chili powder which is too spicy for us).  I added a TB at a time, and tasted it before I added the next one, to make sure it wouldn't be too spicy.  It was so good!

I am so glad to hear that.  Over the years, I have made impromptu goulash, but never used that exact recipe.  IF you ever have any left-overs, I bet they would be even better the next day.  That often happens with goulash, casseroles, soups, stews, etc.  Anyway, I am so glad to hear that you and your family liked it so much.

I fed my granddaughter, Lindzey, after work and she liked it too.  The baby wanted a second helping.  I do have a little bit left over (just enough for my lunch tomorrow - and I'm not sharing this time - haha).

I sure wish we put in our garden this year! DH didn’t want to because last year nothing, I mean nothing did well. And we tilled the ground and added nutrients. To disappointing.
definately in the spring!  That recipe sounds good too. Thanks
