At my age I am not into reading much fiction any more ... I tend to enjoy biographies or memoirs instead. I particularly like books on the old-time movie stars and, even those who have been dead for decades.
I am not familiar with the actress Sutton Foster but her memoir sounds very interesting. It got 73% five-star reviews on Amazon as she wrote about how working on "crafts" like counted-cross stitch, etc. saved her mental health during struggles backstage. The title of the book is
