Before they were at my condo in Irving, they started out at my friend's house near Granbury.  They were selling their house and downsizing, and she gave me the Coke dishes.  I never took them out of the box, because it looked like someone had tried to do that once and never got all of the plates back in the box just right.  Also, on the day I got them, I could tell that at least one of them was broken.  Then I was rushed into moving out of that condo into a much smaller (and crappier) apartment, so I had to get rid of them.  So -- Granbury to Irving to Tuttle to Ft. Collins.  Hah!  And I would not feel bad if they eventually end up at Goodwill.  Yikes!

What I did notice (obviously) that y'all did a Zoom meeting!  I remember in times past you'd have a mini retreat and discuss the February retreat but that was when everyone was in the Phoenix area.  Zoom makes meetings with people in distant places so convenient.

Yes it does!  We would’ve been sunk without it this year. We had people traveling all over lol. 

well hello there!  Nice to see everyone.  Though I don't recognize the lady on the lower left.. Is it someone new since I last attended (2019)  or someone who has grown their hair out and my memory is swiss cheese?

That's Carrie.  She's an amazing quilter who does a lot of quilts for the AZ ladies.  I think this year's retreat was her first year to be a hostess, and she did great.  I think she did come to one retreat where you came too, but she came late and didn't stay long.  The reason I remember that is that she was sitting next to me.  I think we were across the room from you.  She was working on a complicated applique project with sea turtles, using a light box.  

I do remember meeting Carrie, but she had short hair then I think.  I've heard about her for years tho.
