WooHoo! Today I can post! I like your dillyflowers. The rounded edge gives them a softer look than the hexies. Looking forward to seeing your scrappy quilt.

Your quilt is beautiful(as are they all). Great idea to make it your own and add the groom. Watching 2 kids, I don't know how you get any quilting done. By evening, I'd collapse in a chair and not move until time for bed. Sorry you and Rick have COVID. Hope you recover soon. I've had several friends with COVID lately, but, knock on wood, I haven't had it yet. Adding you both to my prayer list.

Somewhere I have an unfinished Drunkard's Path quilt. I must find it and finish it. I like your oriental block. Wouldn't have thought of that.
The raven is fun too. Like a log cabin, drunkard's path blocks can go together many ways. Have fun creating.

Nice quilting design. I'm sure your quilts will be a great addition to the country store. Some kids will enjoy them. Machine binding will go fast. I just recently started doing it on my charity quilts. I'm getting better at it.

That will be a great quilt. So what size are these blocks finishing? Seems like this should make a good size quilt.

I've a couple charity quilts to finish. Then I'll post pictures. I've been making bags to be filled with needed items for the homeless. They take quite a while to do for as simple as they are but they are sturdy and will hopefully hold up. I've finished the ones I have promised, so back to quilts. Here's a picture of 2 of them. We had donated fabric to work with.

Unfinished at 12.5" and Finish at 12" in a quilt. But one could use whatever size you want. Smaller for say a baby quilt.. or using even larger HST to make it bigger, and faster too.
I make HST, 2 & 4 Patches as leader/enders so I always have blocks made to work with when I don't want to think to hard. LOL

After quite a number of customer quilts look what I finally got on the machine. This is the one I was piecing blocks for at the retreat. I found the perfect wide back fabric and there was just enough and no extra left on the bolt, like 3" on either side of the top....wow, ment to be. I got the first row of the top of the arcs quilted, next is the center of those arcs, another row of the bottom. Not crazy fancy over the top but definitely heirloom with the formal feathers. I have been fiddling with what to quilt on this for months and yesterday it all came together.
