i too am trying to watch what I eat, oh my your Rocha is a favorite. ;0)
I am trying to not eat table sugar but I have a few things I make exceptions for...and your Almond Roca is one of them!! (the other is candied ginger!!)
If you have the time and the energy, make a batch..if you don't...that is fine too...

RE: the almond roca...we love it! But as I figured the answer would be, we love YOU more! If you don't have time or feel up to it, it's ok. The most important part is taking care of yourself so you can come as a whole Judy. (((JUDY)))
Several years ago I made a wonderful batch of candied ginger. It turned out perfectly and I loved every bite of it. Then a few years later I tried again but it wouldn't set up. I still enjoyed every bite (or should i say sip of it.) Having never reached the hard ball stage it more closely resembled limp fruit leather. But as I said it still tasted good. Do you have a favorite recipe for Candied Ginger. I would like to try it again.
Ginger: I cannot stand it!! YUUUCCKKKK!! Accidentally ate a piece recently and about died. GRODY JODY! LOL :P

You can always send to me. Of course, you risk Bob snitching a little. You could just make one batch. There is always plenty of snacks and they now have a very nice vending machine in the lobby with snacks. Some of them are healthy snacks.
