I ended up putting most of my energy today into straightening up the sewing room. I had several piles of fabric to sort, containers full of misc. pins and bobbins to straighten out, and a bunch of papers and non-sewing related things that needed to be put away. But at least now the cutting table is clear(ish) again so when I do go to sew this weekend it will be much easier.
Good for you!!!

Thanks for the link to the article about Sky Harbor's new terminal. I don't see SouthWest Airlines mentioned so I'm assuming it is status quo.

I'm sorry I didn't keep track of who was coming in Weds early afternoon. I've just had so many things suddenly that I've had to see to. But I know I shouldn't use those as excuses. Did we have a plan to meet together and arrange an Uber/Lyft or something else? Please forgive me for not making notes to remember.

That's the problem. Uber and Lyft are no longer going to the airport because the City/airport have added a $4-5 fee to allow them to drop off/pick up. I will come and pick you up.
Cancel this post. Ellen had updated info.

I need to do that this weekend before Carolyn comes and sees the mess. I've been trying to cut up scraps that were donated to me for the quilts for kids group at school. It's a messy process. I've already taken 6 bags of scraps (that I couldn't even cut a 1 1/2 inch square out of) to some who collect for dog beds. I'm about halfway done.
