Talked to them at the hotel yesterday.  Jessica is gone and Regional Director is filling in.  We discussed the shuttle situation with Uber and Lyft not going to the airport any longer.  She said that it might be possible but she needs to know how many and when they are coming and going. So........if you have not already sent your itinerary to Carolyn, please do it now!  I'd like to get this info to her by next Monday so she can discuss it with the manager of the hotel.  

RESERVATIONS:  Has everyone made their reservations?????   The hotel rep gave me a list of what they had and it was very short.  Please let me know if you made your reservations through the website instead of through the hotel.  She said this will be a busy weekend and the hotel will likely be full.

In the lobby where the computers were is a new vending machine with some healthy choices for drinks, snacks and even small meals like mac and cheese, Complets, soup, etc.  Check it our when you check in.

Thanks so much for checking and trying to get this arranged for many of us.  I know I sure appreciate your time spent on this issue.  I'll also investigate trying to secure a rental car.
