Well, so much for my reading instructions!  I just looked at Ellen's picture post of the block and realized  my two were mailed yesterday.....without the borders!  I'll try to remedy that today.

Maybe just send her a strip of your background fabric that she can add to your block...

I had us add the border around so that they could easily be trimmed to the same sizes.

I got the urge to applique yesterday, so I  modified your suggestions a bit - ook a lot.  Not Exactly floral or Exactly solid background - but I truly have only UGLY florals and the solid green was yuck.  So here we are.   And I know Suze appreciates handwork so this is now on it's way.  At least I followed the size directions
