We will be having a Right/left story again this year.  We will be passing a quilting notion or tool with a value of no less than $10.00 or more than $15.00.  This should be a purchased item.  The stories are always fun but, remember, participaton is always optional.

I had a zoom speaker to listen to this morning.  SO……before the zoom, I cut out pieces for 2 lotto blocks!  I got them sewn while listening, along with a pile of extra HSTs from the cut always!

here is the Virginia star and Chisholm Trail!  I hope some of you are thinking about these fast blocks!

I had a scare a few days ago, I was trying to find my Retreat plane reservation, and had a hard time finding them in my email.  Search for Southwest Phoenix Trip didn't yield anything, finally found it using Southwest Phoenix.  then I saw 2/24 and thought I had made reservations for the wrong year!!  then I thought I made it for the wrong date cause i was thinking last years dates.  It was a tense few moments till I realized the world was not turning on it's head!!

In my defense, I was on my phone, cause I was  at Pat Haven's house in Estancia New Mexico, waiting for the snow to clear from I 40.  I had foolishly decided to go to Prescott, where my Florida brother and his family was going to be family vacationing in Sedona, and I hadn't seem my niece and nephew and families in years, so according to the 10 day forecast, it was going to be pretty clear!!  Wrong!!  But I made it out there and had a great visit, but decided to get to Pat's and wait for I40 to clear of snow.  Hilda got home and came over Monday, so we had a great sew weekend and Monday, I headed back Tues when the roads were clear!  This, after a week trip to Texas for a wedding and visit to Mishii and Jonna's murder room.

I will stay at home till retreat, honest!!

Yeah, I couldn't believe when I saw that you had made another long road trip so soon after Xmas week!  But glad you got caught up on some time with family and friends.
