I have had very spotty availability to post on this forum.  Is anyone else having this problem?  I've logged all the way out and back in.  I'm amazed I can post today.  Not sure what the problem is.  I get a screen to reply in but not the light grey headers.   Frustrating!

I pieced a back for the bird house quilt and will take it to Carrie tomorrow.  She wants to use it to practice some quilting.  I have another scrap quilt partially done and getting backs together for the 2 quilts Patty made. I also took a string quilt to church yesterday and we tied it.  I have the binding to do.

Thanks to all the helpers we had at the retreat.  You made our load lighter.

Ami, Bob wanted me to thank you again for the "collecter"(my name) you gave him.  It's on his bedside table for his watch, ring, keys and whatever else is in his pockets.

Bob is always at every retreat and actually does a lot for the retreat attendees over the years like entertain spouses, get stuff etc. I figured he needed a gift too.

I have problems on my tablet that sound like that.  I figured my tablet was dying, it gives me problems in FB sometimes too.  But on my desktop computer it is fine. Sorry for the frustration.

Cathy:  can you use lap quilts for your group to tie?  I can share while Ellen is caught up.  I made 4 panels with  border and 9 strip quilts, like the one I made at retreat (the 6 in WOT sewn together with a border all around). I am trying to make a dent in my kids stuff (laughable, I know) and they are fast and bright.  Let me know, I can send you a box of tops if your ladies need something to tie!

Since we don't seem to be talking much about the retreat, I suggest we should switch over to the VOS thread (if I can find it).  It's time to be shutting this one down.

I’ve been locked out since retreat but snuck in through Shutterfly. Go figure. Missing members were Cat McClure, first. Then Chris, Linda, Pat Adney,  Annette, Nita Brand (not to be confused with me), and Denise. I think there was one other but not someone I knew.

Didn't that Louise lady die, or do I have her confused with someone else?
