Probably about 8-10, but that's down from around 40 from two years ago.  I've been mostly trying to get my UFO's under some sort of control for the last couple of years.

I need to finish more and start less.

we all just need an assembly line of quilters. each doing the part they love and passing the work on!!! completed quilts at the end of that line!

Yes! :D 

I found a lady at a nearby nursing home (friend of a friend) who was willing to take fabric...but thse's super picky. Only quilt store fabric, no batting, nothing that's backing, nothing cut up...oh boy!
