Judy (DJZMOM) said:I'm sure if everyone takes a chill pill and lets SWA get through this winter storm/Christmas holiday mess they can recover they can be the airline so many of us enjoy using. T
From what I have read, their major problem is the fact that they have for years focused on profits and neglected their operating upgrades, and it had bitten them in the butt! Hopefully they will get things corrected and updated. The pilots and crews were caught in the mess also.
Glad you made it home! The pics of the luggage sitting around was a yikes! Hope you get your lost luggage!!

PS - what does "2023 bujo" mean in relation to your friend?
So she asked me to make one for her. It's a custom planner, basically. She wanted it Montana themed (she moved there for a few years and really loved it!). I know nothing about Montana so it took research on what the landscapes were like, the flora and fauna and animals, techniques on painting mountains and stuff. It was definitely a labor of love. But adding positive quotes and encouraging stuff as well...so as she lives 2023, she'll have pretty things to look at, a nice place to put her plans, and hopefully a <(?•´?•`?)> on her face :D
Are you on instagram? I post pictures regularly there, and after I give it to her, I'll start posting pix of hers, too. Just don't wanna ruin the surprise :D

Remember when we give a quilt or supplies away we need to let it go and all expectations associated with it! It's kinda easier that way.
True. Just tough cause it is $$...oh well. LOL!!!

I got into my sewing room yesterday and again today for awhile.
Finished my 10 lotto blocks. yea! 4 are 2 fabrics, background and center. The other 6, I just mixed them up.

I think that is awful also. They found some dead in snow banks. Now it's 50 degrees and they have to worry about flooding.

I'm so glad we weren't travelling by air over the holidays. Bob has little patience for the mess that occurred.

Cathy, you and I have had quite the December! We need to start the new year sewing! Maybe we need a sew day!

I have finally made it back home! It’s feeling like I have been gone a month! Which it basically has been.
first day home and I am going to a funeral. And I got word that my wonderful SIL lost her father who has been on hospice care for a bit! They got word he was failing fast, the evening of my mother memorial! I feel awful for my brothers family - esp the kids at loosing a grandparent on each side!
the new year has to get better! But my dad must get stronger and figure out a new normal! Did I post on here he got Covid and was hospitalized right after my mom passed! My trips home most likely are not done…..
