You are doing what she needs most...You are there with her.   Judy is right.  Sometimes loved ones wait for you to be there one last time.  All of you remain in my prayers.

Yes, we are ok. Thankfully not one death. It came very close (within a quarter mile of our daughters house.) Her birthing center is ok as well. They were without power until 7 pm last night.  It could have been so much worse.  She said she could hear the loud roaring noise from it. 

Glad to hear that you are okay and also your daughter and family I just can't imagine losing a home right before Christmas and it is cold I really feel for them people

I asked family if they had Bible verses that they might like me to share with mom!   Got a personal text from my young niece Alexen - about 5th or 6th grade.   She immediately sent me 2 of her favorite verses!  Warmed my heart!

my son was feeling sad tonight about his gma. So his hand bell choir group prayed with him for all of us!  These things warm my heart as we struggle .

oh, have I posted here?  Yesterday mom and my sister tested positive for Covid!  This is making the struggle harder!   If I were not caring for dad, I wouldn’t care, and would still just sit with mom.  As of now, we have been able to get several to drop in briefly throughout the day!  My youngster bro sat with her 2 or more hours tonight!  He lives alone and the only risk is himself.  Thankful for him!

I'm so sorry to hear about your mom testing positive for Covid.  It's getting bad here in Kansas.  I had two doctor appointments this week, and the staff wore masks in both offices.  I need to dig out my masks.  I don't want to get the flu or Covid just before Christmas.  This is such a hard time for you and your family so be sure to take care of yourself so you and help take care of them.  My prayers are with you.

Finally walked to my sis and have internet while I sit outside!

she has Covid!  Mom got Covid, but has passed away yesterday morning peacefully in her sleep.   Blessing!

dad is coughing with headache today!  Negative for Covid but will try again tonight as I suspect….

I am with and caring for dad.  No idea if I get on my flight tomorrow or not.  One day at a time.  I’m in a downpour waiting for it to clear a bit, but holding up strong…..

I saw on Facebook and am so sorry. Hope your Dad is not positive for Covid. It was good you were able to be there for your Mom as well as your Dad.
