Those of you doing things with hexies!  These are for you….

This one is hexies!  And hexies with salvage scraps!  Lol!

This one starts with a solid fabric piece in the center.  Then a frame of hexies goes over the top of it!  Then you see a row of hexies joining them together!

No you don’t need to go to big shows….although ours if good size!   And Kathi should be posting her ribbon quilts here, but I know she is at the show today!

Thank you for taking me to the show, had a wonderful time.  The quilts and quilting were amazing such a wide range of artist abilities.

I agree!  The thread work first of all is so so much work!  But then to make them into portraits!  Faces and eyes are so very, very difficult!
