I see many bounces on the account and the email address is slightly different from the one you gave. I'll change it to that address to see if it fixes things.

The email we write back and forth is [removed]

so I don't understand the slightly different unless she messed up somewhere.

When she logs in the system may ask to confirm her address, should be that one  now.

Thank you. Guess I didn't understand her cuz one minute she said she could archive and the next(partially in French) she said she couldn't). Guess my French isn't what it it used to be.
