I paid for plus and my chat is not showing?? its been over 20 minutes since i updated today..

Even though your Plus becomes effective immediately, forums you own do not update until the next morning.

There are two different graphics there - the one-eyed shaggy creature and the blue STAFF label. The creature is one I created in Adobe Illustrator,  not intended for public use. The STAFF label is for Delphi professional staff, not intended for member use. You could certainly create your own graphic that includes a label.

I looked in preferences and didn't see an option for labels?

The option is labeled Staff Badge, and has a checkbox and a Submit button. It will add a Host label for the forum owner.
