My name is 237cats and I am setting up a new forum. My guest artist just emailed me and told me her animated image blinks. She is basic, but even so she has to save it to her own web site first

Saved on my PC, and on jumpshare. I tried embed, insert form computer, and insert link to jumpshare. All three ways cause the tag to flash crazily! To save to Delphi, you must be a Paid User!

Now I'm having a problem. I went to put a disclainer on the page and lost half the think pink start page theme and I don't know how to fix it.
