Why is it so difficult to navigate Delphi -- get pages to turn when clicking POST or actually anything.

Oftentimes it even comes up with a blank right half. At first I thought it was something I was doing with my theme making; however, I'm not hearing complaints from other members who are having this happen in not just the two forums where I spend my time (Family Sigs and Family Matters), but in other forums as well.

I've been having internet issues for a couple of weeks now and they're returning again tomorrow in hopes of fixing. The entire neighborhood has been affected with the "intermittents" (not total outages, but intermittent), but for a few hours during the day, things will be good -- but not Delphi.

I have cleaned my cache like you always recommend, I have used my diskcleanup as well, and it still is problematic.

We are limited in my area with ISP's so changing is not a good plan. I really don't think that the internet issues I've had are related to Delphi because the other websites I frequent are fine. Sometimes I can click the POST button 25 times and it never move. It does not even show it's grinding.

Sometimes I will click on a link in left pane and nothing.

Any ideas?

I kinda found a fix -- even though I have my mouse set to 1 click to open things, for Delphi, I need to double click. Weird, but it seems to make things move along quicker. It's still slow compared to other websites when it comes to navigating pages.

I’m having a similar problem.  I can’t get the My Forums page to open on a tablet. The screen goes gray and it gets stuck there.  I came in here by going directly to this forum.

It happens when I first log in. Once I get to a forum, I can open the page.  

You are viewing in Classic? It happens to me in Zeta.

Oh Kid taught me a go around for that - - click on My Preferences/My Forums/ and navigate. Sometimes I have the login issue, but I can almost always get to my home forum and travel out from there using Kid's recommendation.

My problem -- 95% of the time, the buttons don't work. I can click 20 times and no page movement. I do have better luck if double click on a button, but should not have to do that. Too, it doesn't always work.

We pay good money to Delphi and hope for better service, but I've been here since 2003, and there always seems to be issue. Sign of technology I guess. If it got too bad, I could leave, but I do not want to do that. It's fun when it works right.
