Way under my attachment limit, but can't attach a file Attachments

Here are my attachment statistics:
TOTAL: 3414 KB
3% of 103400KB limit used.
Yet I have to delete files to attach a 2MB file. Why is that?

Either a pdf or a jpg each time. I have also uploaded Excel files from time to time.
I will try to attached the two I tried to attach yesterday.

With jpgs and pngs, I login to a forum via zeta, not classic so I can post all the graphics I need.
As for the other formats (pdf, doc, etc.), sorry, no idea.

So why am I paying this extra money then? Are you with Delphi Customer Services or just someone who chimes in?

I am a DelphiExtra member. I should have a lot more capacity than I am being allowed.

I see very different figures for your account than you quoted, but we know there are some bugs in the software. Rather than try to figure out whose numbers are right, I gave you all your space back.
