1 Can anyone with a Basic membership host a forum?
2 What membership level is required to host a forum including chat and start page graphics?
3 Is there a set number of forum posts that can be made without incurring "overuse" charges?
4 Is there a separate and different billing structure for forums originating in Delphi, compared to forums migrated from a site like Talk City?
5 I don't recall when Delphi began offering paid memberships, but I do think at one time all Delphi memberships were free. Do forums rising after the paid memberships were begun have a different cost schedule than forums existing before the change?

2. DelphiPlus Hosts have premium forums with chat, coloring, staff.

3. There is no set limit on forum posts. I recall mention of some astronomical limit (just in case) no one ever reached, there will be early warning.
