I wrote before to tell you that I tried to update my Delphi Extra and it didn't work.  I have a new credit card and I entered the number, plus the expiry date.  It didn't work.  I tried it again and it didn't work.  I want it to be paid; what can I do?

Unfortunately, we have no way of telling why a charge failed. We just know that the charge did not go through. Your bank or credit card company may be able to tell you.

Are your name and address registered for the new card the same as the old one? If there are differences, make sure they are updated, too. The name, the street address, and the zip code may be checked along with the card number and expiration date.

I guess that I will have to get ahold of the bank.  Oh, that is weird.  My name and address are exactly the same.  I did change the expiry date.  I don't have a zip code; I have a postal code because I am a Canadian.  I have been a member of Delphi Forums for years.
