I am experiancing an odd problem here today in chat? The letter i gets dropped.

My windows 11 is all up to date? Using current drivers for a near new Lenovo Key Board?

If i go to either notebook or gmal and type s is three times it shows correctly?

As you can see from the last line of text the i gets dropped occasonally?

Any ideas on this one please?

Update: here is my last post in Senors Hdeaway.. that shows the issue.

interestng.... the i problem may be room related? just tried a test in notepad and email.. the word is typed 3 tmes.. no ssues there

Now that's a weird one. Making sure ... it only happens here after logging out and back in again.

I am dong further research? The problem occured  in an email to my PC equipment suppler.

I was testng the waters for a replacement key board. My old PS2 K/B works perfectly so I

am narrowing the problem down. Have swapped USB ports for the problem K/B but that has not helped.

Ths PC is a recent rebuild, recycled case but 100% new electronics. Windows 11 is all updated.

Maybe the key itself is wonky. Jiggle it a bit when the i doesn't show?
