Is your password saved for this account?

This is how my saved login looks

If you do have it saved then... you can either go through your browsers settings to find your Delphiforums cookies and remove them OR add your old account to your saved logins.

When you log out and then click on Log in if you see your name saved then remove it, uncheck Save Password and remove what you see in those boxes.

Now type in your other account name and the password for that account (even if you are using the same password for both account... follow these directions) Check Save Password.

After this you should be logged into your older account. However the next time you log in you need to make sure you are logging into the correct account as both will be saved.

Hi again Gunter,

Did you give up on my problem.  Haven't heard anything from you since I sent the e-mails as you requested.  Just want this back   http://profiles.delphiforums.com/n/pfx/profile.aspx?webtag=dfpprofile000&userid=8239932&previewMode=true

I responded.

Let's try this one more time. To start, make sure you have only one tab open. It looks like you have other tabs open which have you already logged in.  Close all those tabs. Log out of your last tab. Close browser after logging out.

Open browser and go to https://forums.delphiforums.com/myforums . You should get the login screen where you enter Jim1240 and your password.

let us know what happens ...

Your two accounts have similar email addresses, differing only in an underline in Jim12402 and a period in Jim1240. If you use Jim1240 with the correct password for that account, you should be able to log in correctly. Or if you log in with the email address, make sure you use the address with the period in it. If you had to send for a new password, you need to use the correct address for that, too.

Does this help?

Something's stuck in memory along the line.

All I can add at this point is try it on another computer.

or maybe reboot cable if that's what you're on.

Hi Walt,

Glad to see you are still alive and kicking.
Okay, I tried signing in with ja.hudson@live.com  and I still bounce to jim12402.   The only other e-mail I use and it's the original one, is jim1240@yahoo.com.    that take me to jim12402, also.   Am going to try my laptop as you suggested.  I'll let you know the results.
