Did an update reboot on computer and my name is already logged onto chatroom I g Technical Issues/Bugs

and when I open a chat window it also lists my name with an __ and I cannot log pts on my trivia game...
tried to log out of that name but it doesn't seem to want to reset...
HELP ME PLEASE !!!

This usually happens when getting disconnected and then coming back quickly. It should fix itself eventually. Staff in the forum may also be able to kick the name.
