Image Size Changed in Perm Sig Box   Technical Issues/Bugs

About 7 days ago, my perm six box changed on me, and will not post the true size of images-- EXCEPT for what is already in there.

If I put something new in, t look good for about 5 seconds when I put the image in, and then all of a sudden the box jumps and goes much small. I insert images from Delphi storage space, Fotki, and my desktop and they've been true to size for a very long time.

Kid suggested it might be because my tags were too large. Welllllllll, if that is the case, why have they been fine until last week? I can show you so many posts where they are fine. Too, many artists use rotators and those are fine in posts. I prefer to be my own rotator.

I also handle the perm sigs for a couple of our members - one being Zerich. If you look at his posts at Family Matters, even ones he posted most recently, the image is true to size and has not changed. However, if I were to change it now, it would not retain that size and go very small.

If you look at any of my posts there are 2 staff buttons (Family Sigs and Family Matters) -- right now they're a brown blend and are true to size. When I go to change them, it makes them much smaller, so I cancel the change. I change those buttons when changing themes, and small is not good.

There have been many times I've put an image in the post box as well as the perm sig box and they match and are the same size.

So, based on that, I don't see how it can be that my sigs are too large. I would like to get this fixed because with any animated image, it also gives it static -- like what basic members get. I pay you for Delphi Plus and do not expire until March 12, 2024.

Is there anyway to get my perm sig box back to what it was before this happened almost a week ago? Those images in the post box for the reply button is fine. It's only happening in the perm sig box.

Strange. Nothing off I can see at this end.

Try inserting one of the images here by itself.  What happens?

I can attach but not insert. If you go to the staff folder in FM -- http://forums.delphiforums.com/teenology/messages/?msg=31856.1

You will see several images with the static that should not be!!!

EDITED TO ADD -- looks fine as an attachment, it's just when I use the permanent sig business in MY PREFERENCES. Please fix. Do I need to give you privileges to the staff folder, or can you view it?

Rather not have access to staff folder.

It should work in this test forum:

https://forums.delphiforums.com/dec012014

Others can see it there as well for some possible input.

Sounds like we need tech support.

I see others are seeing shrunk images. Is this only with ones stored at Fotki?

No way -- it does it for me whether I bring it in from Fotki, Delphi storage space, or my computer. I don't know how others do theirs. It appears not to be an isolated issue.
