I've been able to embed videos fro YT for years no problem.

I have a couple on Vimeo and in their share options they have embed.

I get the embed code and put it in my post and hit the post button.

When the post pops up there is no video frame, only an added line with the video description which links to the vid.

Any idea why this happens?

Have you tried it with an old embed that worked before?

I tried a couple of the older vids and it still shows up in the message widow but not when posted.

Youtube vids embed just fine.

Let us have a link to a message with a working video and we'll experiment.

When you copy the embed link from Vimeo are you switching to source and posting it there? If not give that a try and see it if works.

This is the link to the vid on Vimeo:

Looking at the Source of the message starroadliner there's nothing there there from vimeo. Like your paste didn't go through or you're picking up some extra odd code that gets thrown out?

Try it here and also include the embed code you're pasting as the text in the message?
