I went into my forum and the theme was missing and someone said maybe my payment didnt go through, I havent had any notification that it was due, I went in and seen it was due and that the card hadnt gone through, so I changed the details on the card and gave a new card, so will it automatically pay now or what do I have to do.

I started up your subscription again. You are back on Plus with the charge pending.

My fault - I made all the settings, but did not Enter it when I was done. You are back on Plus with the charge pending. Your forum will not update until after the charge has processed  tomorrow morning.

it says I am still on basic.I still cant see my theme and I cant wear my signatures, also cant click on the icons for wearing staff badge etc.,it says I am still on basic.Plus I cannot fill requests as delphi is resizing the sigs.

Your charge was not processed this morning. I suspect it had something to do with the outage we encountered this morning about the time billing would have run. I will look into it further.

On the other hand, you should be on Plus, even if the bill was not processed. Your forum would not have updated pack to Premium status, but you should see all the features of your Plus account. Have you logged out and back in again? That is probably necessary to see the changes.

yes I have logged out and in I do have controls but I cannot add sigs as they get resized as they do for Basic members. Hence I cannot fill any requests I get. Yes that outaqe didnt help things.

It looks like I am up and running except my theme hasnt come in so am getting my theme maker to see if she can add a new one and see if that works. Also I cant copy and paste now any idea's on that one?

Your Forum will not upgrade until after your payment has gone through tomorrow morning.

Copy and paste should always be available using one or more of the ways:  Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V or Edit/Copy and Edit/Paste or right click and Copy and right click and Paste. There are other ways, too, for phones and tablets.
