Please Kid, email Nathalie at: [removed]

She is not getting any notifications and doesn't know how to get into member services and that's why I am doing this. Bear with her cuz she is very French.

Which membername is she looking for. The email address matches an account that has been closed for a year.  Suggest she email service@delphiforums.com for help - I'm sure even french will work.

I think you'll need to work with gunter on this one - they can reopen her account

I see many bounces on the account and the email address is slightly different from the one you gave. I'll change it to that address to see if it fixes things.

The email we write back and forth is [removed]

so I don't understand the slightly different unless she messed up somewhere.

When she logs in the system may ask to confirm her address, should be that one  now.
