If there is not a reason for her to leave it, can I ask Catherine to remove her images (I'm sure she'd like the space back for the attachment and the flashing is SUPER annoying if you happen to scroll by)

Don't think it's needed, it shows what is happening, explains things for others, and the annoyance is only fleeting.

With all due respect, those flickering images ought to be removed ASAP. You may or may not remember a recent case where someone sent one in a tweet to a journalist known to suffer from epilepsy – it worked as desired, it caused a seizure, but fortunately his wife was around and so he's still alive. EDITED TO ADD: I'm obviously not accusing the original poster of doing this deliberately, clearly they didn't, but should one of those flashing images cause someone problems, it doesn't matter whether it's deliberate or not.

The flashing needs to be at a certain rate, but you may be right.

On the first message just click on Edit then remove the embedded image by clicking on it and hitting the back space key

On the second you also click on edit and then remove the attachment this way

Click on the pencil icon

Then click on the Red X and OK. Once it shows the message in edit just click on Apply

To remove an attachment in Zeta, click on Edit and then click the X at the bottom right (where it lists the name of the attachment)
