We can never see passwords, because they are encrypted with a one-way process. If you had a unique working email address on the account, you could use it to get a new password, but the BUJA1 account does not have a working email address. We can give you a new password and send it to you at a working address, but we need to be sure that the account is yours. We should take this to private email.
