Health is far more important than what society says is best for us. As far as looks go, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". As my Mom used to say, "No one looks beautiful when their feet hurt."

Yes, we all want to be attractive. But what is attractive? Good to look at? No. It's being someone that others want to get to know because you are you. Sure we should make a point of dressing nicely, behaving politely, cleaning ourselves -- but more than that, we need to be true to the godliness within us.
