ABC has cancelled Designated Survivor and Quantico.
I'm a bit surprised by Designated Survivor. Ratings were down to the borderline level, but the show is owned by ABC. That usually signals a pickup.
More news from ABC...
Splitting Up Together and American Housewife have been picked up, while Alex Inc has been cancelled.
How to Get Away with Murder has also been picked up.
One more from ABC...
For the People has been picked up.
That's a shocker. It's one of the lowest rated shows on the network. Several shows with higher ratings have already been cancelled, including Designated Survivor.
The news keeps coming from ABC...
These shows have been cancelled:
Kevin (Probably) Saves the World
Ten Days in the Valley
No real surprises there. Too bad about The Crossing. I liked that one.
I believe next week's Designated Survivor will be the finale.
Both shows went downhill fast. Quantico has an awesome first season, then lost their storyline. DS lost it halfway through the first season.
That shocks me. I watched the first three episodes, then realized it was not very good. I started getting bored in the middle of an episode, which is not a good sign.
