The weapon they built -- SARS-COV-2 -- was intended merely to convince billions of people to take vaccines that would transform their own bodies into bioweapons factories so that the mutation development could then proceed globally.

I dare say much of the research was probably on "volunteers" in prison.

I suspect initial results projected a death rate far above 0.005% so the decision was taken to implement the plandemic. 

Then God interfered and reduced its risk factor down to pathetic 0.005% of those infected.

By then, the globalists had already committed themselves to full implementation so their Stasi bashed peaceful people due to "health concerns".
