Monday, February 6th - To Do

Got up so late  (although it was the 3rd time I got up to be fair) so jumped right in the shower first then started morning and weekly routines - bed stripped, towels, & table linens replaced, surfaces sanitized 

Dog’s out, laundry started, kitchen in progress - forgot to run dishwasher so will do that after breakfast dishes

facetimed with DD

remembered to weigh & measure for the start of this week’s Sprint - got my bone broth made and shopping mostly done over the weekend. Today I’ll make the soup. Need to do the first of the three 4 minute workouts

might also try a total body strength workout that came up on the app I’ve been using 

need to update the planner for this week & meal plan for the proteins. Should probably boil a few eggs to have on hand 

want to send something to DD for Valentine’s Day - she only likes dark chocolate - milk gives her migraines

Just me tonight so leftover protein (pork or pot roast) with hot melt soup & salad
