Morning underway - dog done, laundry going, kitchen tbd

zone mission is dusting house plants - my ficus tree could really use that 

new month habit is to get dressed to laced up shoes 

so many emails to go through still - may need to do an unsubscribe spree again

quick workout

need a grocery shop for a few things

havent done the dog bowls in a while

Salmon for dinner - found a new recipe to try with it 

Dusting house plants....yeah, mine could probably use that.

Had a piece of homemade bread slathered with butter for breakfast.  Didn't want another egg sandwich.

Dd is on her way...her and the cat.  She'll spend the night and then ski tomorrow maybe?  I dunno.

I have boondocks today...so I'll be weighing veggies from 2 to 4.  Then dd and I may catch up with some friends and go bowling.

That's about it....
