Got up late, and so the downward spiral begins…

laundry’s going, dog had her pill, was out & ate, FaceTimed with DD, now listening to her radio show - may have to miss her sign off or some part of it because I’d like to grocery shop earlier rather than later - tho I can take it with me on my phone

new zone this week that I totally forgot about yesterday is the master bedroom - yesterday’s mission was to toss trash & today we’re putting away things left out for 15 mins

Just getting here....another crazy day.  Annual physical, lunch with a couple friends and then a piano lesson.  

I managed little else...unpacked the new paper shredder and listed the old one on buy nothing, picked parsley to dry and spend  a bit of quality time with a very sleepy post spay kitty.

I'm not even 1/2 way to my step goal....so as soon as dh gets off his call I'm walking the dog...rain or no rain
