Yeah, slept in & stayed in bed a bit - it’s a dark & gloomy morning here, tho it’s weirdly warm again. My sinuses are killing me too drinking much coffee in hopes it will help with that

Just facedtimed again with DD -she’s having some trouble keeping all her balls in the air - having to manage school work, and apartment stuff is weighing on her. She’s down to a can of tuna & some rice, so needs to go shopping but can’t seem to fit it in. Told her to order it & get it delivered or just do a pick up to save time. 

I started laundry & dogs been out, did some kitchen cleanup & ate breakfast while on with DD. I’ll continue kitchen in a bit

may have to unearth the dreaded iron to make a blouse I washed yesterday look presentable for the next time I wear it in the distant future

May do some time on the bike and plank later. Feeling it in my shoulders already

zone mission is sweep & mop the kitchen 

Holiday cruise mission 

should give my sister a call

some leftover tasks from days past need doing

either meatballs or meat loaf for dinner

hopefully start watching The Crown tonight

I couldn't get through this season of Westworld...it was just too much for my poor tired brain.

No...it's more like an extreme yoga....just a couple of poses but held for a really long time.  It's designed more for weight lifters to increase their range of motion.
