Took a long glorious winter walk with dd and the dog.

I've got laundry going.  Sitting down now to sift through mail and a few bills.

Then I have a few Thanksgiving prep items....stuff the dates, defrost sausage/cook, and hamburger for nachos tomorrow, chop walnuts.  I'll do the sides tomorrow.

Dinner tonight is pasta and meatballs....keeping it easy.

I'll do my plank and maybe a pliability routine...
