Icy rain falling now - hope it’s not an all day thing

morning routine just starting - dog out, took something out of the freezer for dinner, laundry needs collecting & kitchen tbd 

zone is a detailed vacuum 

need to make some calls

I’ll do a yoga routine 

maybe a quick run to Whole Foods for some fill in items

BBQ chicken drumsticks in the instant pot 

Back feels much better....been using a combo of THC cream and ibuprofen and I'm almost back to normal.

It's snowing again....we got an inch or so yesterday and supposed to be an inch or so today.

IL drama continues...I'm leaving before they come over...I don't care what errands I have to create.

Still taking it easy today...maybe a pliability....but probably should just give it one more day.
