Hey Lance Bass, you better get HGTV on the phone! HGTV has put the iconic Brady Bunch house back on the market. In 2018, the popular home renovation network scooped up the house that was the outside of the home on the beloved show. After a bidding war with several people including *NSYNC pop star Lance Bass, HGTV ultimately bought the house for $3.5 million and gathered the Brady Bunch siblings back for a show called A Very Brady Renovation.
On the show, the former co-stars teamed up with HGTV celebrities to make the inside of the home look just as it did on the show. HGTV invested around $1.9 million and added an addition of around 2,000 square feet to the property on the renovation show. When it was completed, it had everything including the floating staircase, Jack-n-Jill bathroom, and Tiger’s dog house! Now, HGTV is putting the North Hollywood home back on the market for $5.5 million.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Turn Up! Fight Hunger, an initiative through No Kid Hungry, an organization that helps fight child hunger in the United States. Some of the items that the HGTV show gathered for the home will reportedly be available for sale as well, so Brady Bunch fans, get ready to open your wallets.
