Those were originally made for the German co-production. They've turned up in Dutch on Sesamstraat recently, so I guess they're trying to implement it in other countries as well.

I doubt we'll get an English dub, though.

As Shane said, doubtful that would happen in English. WorldScreenings is targeted to international buyers and industry people (and dubbing from one international co-production to another, especially the more recent segments, has already happened as noted). 

If Sesame Workshop wanted to just include these dubbed in English on Sesame Street, they wouldn't have to sell it.
