I debated where to put this, but since The Orville is being discussed here as well, I thought I'd toss it here. I just found info on a Seth McFarlane album, In Full Swing ( The first track is "The First Time it Happens." I've heard the sample I can get off Amazon, and that's it.

Nice find. Here's the full version:

Not a bad cover; it's nice to see the song get some attention. I mean, it was nominated for an Oscar and we haven't heard it done since GMC.

Wow, that's... that's something isn't it? I don't want to like MacFarlane but then he does stuff like this.

I actually like him (maybe in spite of some of what he does), and this song does work well with his voice. And it's definitely a song that deserves more attention.

Now I want more covers of Muppet songs collected!

In a parallel universe, he became a Sinatra-style crooner, had great success, was universally loved, and never made a single shitty sexist television show.

Sometimes I feel like he's he sort of person I would enjoy hanging out with and discussing shared interests, but might not laugh at his jokes.

I'm curious to hear this but sadly it's not working in Canada. I  know it's just going to sound like Brian from Family Guy singing a Muppet song, but still curious.

No. I'm unable to click on the songs to hear the samples.
