Did ‘Sesame Street’ Go Too Far When It Taught Kids About Feminine Hygiene By Having Grover Die Of Toxic Shock Syndrome?

I don't know how anyone would ever come up with this idea.

Also: What is that replica of the set that serves as the backdrop for the image?  That's what I really want to know.

It's from the Strong Museum of Play.  You can see the pics of the stoop with a Google search, which is not on the Wiki for some reason.
