I remember watching the Disneyland 35th anniversary special on TV, and enjoying the Muppet segments.  But somehow I didn't know it was directed by John Landis.  Landis talks about it a bit in this Filmmaker Magazine interview, starting with the interviewer's first question:

I desperately want to watch this now. I also didn't know that Tim Burton was in that finale too!
