The museum is located next to Wings of Mackinac Butterfly Conservatory. The Grand Stables is also an antique carriage museum with approximately 30 antique carriages and sleighs on display from both Grand Hotel and Mackinac Island Carriage Tours.
Forge a Memory
Stop by Forge a Memory and leave with a hand forged knife you made. While supervised, you forge your own blade for a keepsake knife. Leather sheath is included with all knives.

Located at Ste. Anne Church. The displays highlight the religious history of Mackinac Island. Records date back to 1695 and show the settlement of the Island through its immigrant population. This museum is free of charge and open to the public.
