There are dozens of sites that offer free "Follow Me" icons for Twitter. Download the image, upload it to your own website or to Photobucket or another file storage site, and link it to your Twitter page. Include them in signatures, on blogs, and in email.

Here's one to start you off, Siah Design, and an example.
