How can you use #hashtags to your advantage?
Check the trending topics, follow any legitimate sounding links your fellow tweeters give. Chances are good that you'll find interesting stories, information and people that you can tell your forum friends about.
Now, turn it around, and use the AddThis (Mark/Share Discussion) button at the bottom of your message frame to share an interesting discussion you're having in your forum with your fellow twitterers.
Use hashtags, and you're increasing the chances that you'll attract the attention of others from all over the world that are interested in that subject.

Even once they finally apologized, they were burned over and over in the blog comment section.

Combines tweets, videos, images and news stories based on hashtags. Here's an example for New York Fashion Week (#nyfw)
