KEY TURNERS

Ergonomic key turners help make turning keys and opening doors easier for those with weak hand strength or hand disabilities. Ergonomic key turners, easy to grip key turners, large grip key turning aids, help people with disabilities turn keys to live independently.

a LIFT driver told me they can no longer assist people by using their keys. I used to always have them do that for me. This may be a solution

I am surprised they do not even mention keyless or touch pad and remote systems.  On my house, I installed a keyless touch pad with redundant key cylinder for a deadbolt only.  The standard latch remains using a paddle arm instead of a round knob.  You CANNOT lock the door with the standard latch, you must used the keypad, house key or fob remote from outside.  I go this as it allows me to give conditional entry to selected people with individual and changeable button combinations.  From inside, a lever actuates the deadbolt or you can again use the keyfob.

If you shop around on e-bay and other sites, these can be had for about $125 plus installation.

Picture only shows deadbolt inside and out, add a handle for the spring latch and you are good to go.
