Hi to all.

Any one on here changed their handlebar controls/switches for something nicer looking, if you did what did you fit

I used chrome 650 boxes and eliminated the enrichener cable. Others have gone with Harley controls. That info is in the wKB.

I just moved all my switches except for the turn signals elsewhere. I use push button micro switches for them.

Hi Mick

Did you move the starter button  to a micro switch,  if you did, did you fit a relay.

There's already a starter relay.....no need to add another.

i replaced mine with the midnight control boxes from a v star 650. all the wire colors were the same but the connections were backwards. the wire bundle coming from the controls was male on either the 1100 or 650 and female on the other.  just had to cut, solder, and shrinkwrap but it was annoying.

i think they look pretty good and i was able to move the "choke" knob down to the plastic piece that covers the carb on the left side of the engine.
