Hi, my 1100 has some issues when starting warm (10-40 min of cool-off) that are pointed to "venting the gas cap" in this forum and the kb regularly. So I thought I should clean it.

Since there were no pictures in the knowledge base, no instructions in here and no schematic in the service manual, I thought i should take some picture of the disassemble that I wanted to share.

The haunted screws:

Take off these rails and tiny springs.

Take off plate cover and cover. Note the four golden springs.

Note the tiny plastic parts and the ball (still in the housing).
